Job Description
ThinkLite is looking for a full time in-house Sales Manager to continue helping the corporation grow its market share in the city of Boston and Cambridge including its neighborhoods.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving quarterly activity and revenue goals. Primary efforts will be centered on identifying new qualified prospects yourself although some warm leads will occasionally come through established partnerships.
Sales Manager must be willing and able to create and manage a large pipeline of both short and long term prospects in order to achieve revenue goals.
•Our technology is ground breaking and very compelling, with patents, and high barriers to entry.
•Our target market is small to medium sized businesses that have operating hours of at least 12 hours a day: such as supermarkets, fitness centers (gyms), parking garages, offices, and everything else that comes to mind.
•Massachusetts utility companies are providing 70% of rebates on our technology, allowing for breakeven on turnkey projects of 1 year or less.
•Our light bulb technology takes minutes to retrofit, and it is quite an easy sell, so long as we have the decision maker engaged.
•Our close rate in Massachusetts is 90%, and our firm cannot keep up with the growth, and have a lot of leads that we simply cannot get to fast enough.
•The technology and sales pitch is straightforward, easy to learn and cookie-cutter.

Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
Documented track record of over achieving sales plan
Ability to learn and apply learnings quickly
Ability to develop prospects and leads independently
Self-motivated & detail oriented
Accustomed to documenting all aspects of sales process into a CRM system
Personable/likeable
Professional appearance
Must own vehicle, will be out on the road visiting clients regularly.
Ready to start immediately
Past job experience/familiarity with lighting projects is a plus point, but not a requirement.
Additional Information
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $40K-$50K starting, depending on experience
Commissions and Bonuses
Commission and bonuses realistically can allow $100K-$150K to be earned in the first year.
