Third Eye is a niche consulting shop which focusses solely around Big Data. We are growing fast, working with some of the best companies in the Big Data industry and are poised to function as a ‘go-to’ company for all Big Data related needs of enterprises, big & small.

To help us grow, we are looking for Sr. Recruiter who has proven experience working with a fast paced technical recruiting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interview candidates and manage their experience throughout the hiring process
• Proactively source, engage and hire candidates for a variety of openings
• Work with an India based sourcing team
• Develop talent-acquisition strategies and programs that build a readily available talent pool of Superstars
• Utilize various direct and creative sourcing channels including professional networking and social media sites, etc.
• Conduct first line phone screens and in person interviews
• Manage &  maintain superb communication with candidates to keep them updated and engaged through the hiring process

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success sourcing, recruiting & placing 'A-players'.
• Experience hiring for marquee companies or start-ups with rigorous interview procedures
• Strong internet/phone sourcing skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Persistence, creativity, resourcefulness, and an "Always On" mentality
• Sense of urgency as well as strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain healthy relationships with co-workers, candidates and clients
• Prior agency staffing and/or in-house recruiting for a web-based, SaaS startup company is highly desired
• Good understanding of job market, industry trends and the ability to adapt quickly when needed
• Ability to 'roll up your sleeves' and take on both tactical and strategic tasks
• Broad knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies
• Excellent follow through skills
• Focus and excellent prioritization skills

This is a FULL time position with Third Eye where the compensation package includes salary and commission. Highly qualified contractors would also be considered on a C2C basis.
