Job Description

Candidates will be responsible to develop and collaborate on SIGINT analytic and collection strategies. Collaborate with analytical counterparts across the U.S. Intelligence Community; apply knowledge of threat environment, open-source tools, and current implementation of threat technologies in order to devise all-source analytic/collection strategies to pursue access and exploitation of targets of interest. Must have a strong familiarity with digital network intelligence (DNI), ability to perform complex database queries to retrieve relevant information, an firm understanding of common network and routing protocols. Perform all-source intelligence analyses using HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT to identify entities of interest and their linkages.

Will be responsible for characterizing target network capabilities and vulnerabilities. Provide support to computer network operations.

Experience with the following tools is preferred: XKEYSCORE, PINWALE, TUNINGFORK, JOLLYROGER, DISHFIRE, MARINA, AGILITY, CROSSBONES, TURQI, TKB, Target Profiler

Qualifications

Shall have a minimum of four years experience and in-depth demonstrated experience in at least eight of

the following 15 areas: current agency analytic tools and databases; producing technical reports; social

network analysis; geospatial metadata analysis; target research; metadata analysis; target templating;

telephony; SIGINT collection systems; researching network topologies; architectures and protocols;

network operations; network mapping; network protocols; and, network exploitation of specific protocols

and technologies.

This position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Lifestyle Polygraph
