Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual who is driven to play a significant role in building the business. This is an opportunity to create a program and drive our success through your actions. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales and be responsible for the following rolse and responsibilities:

• Bring your deep understanding of developing successful and lucrative Partner relationships designed to build our business and work directly with established and new Channel partners to drive revenue 

• Demonstrate your vision, leadership and creativity by developing a comprehensive Partner Sales Plan designed to exceed quota across the Area’s geography and industry verticals; incorporating Field, Inside and Technical sales resources

• Active teaming on opportunities with ThreatConnect’s authorized partners and the company’s sales teams, leveraging all of the collective capabilities and relationships

• Collaborate with Marketing on Partner Enablement and delivery

• Report on, present, and be responsible for business goals, objectives and outcomes

• Own the revenue number driven by Partners and forecast it accurately





Qualifications

• BA or BS is required


• Excellent verbal and written skills required to deliver presentations, engage with customers, peers and partners


• Proven/Quantifiable track record of over-achievement over the past 10 years


• Thorough experience developing successful and lucrative Partner relationships and working with established and new Channel partners to drive revenue 


• Solid experience developing a comprehensive Partner Sales Plan


• Adept at communicating with a largely technical audience, as well as with Director and C-Level people focused on business results


• Proactive and adaptive with ability to succeed in a hyper-growth start-up environment


• Experience selling complex software-based/SAAS solutions such as network security (SIM, IDS/IPS, Firewall, VPN, A/V, and related technologies) or Network and Systems management solutions


• Able to create and execute on a go to market plan for the territory which ramps up and builds upon momentum created, leveraging marketing resources, collateral and MDF


• Experience in applying Challenger-selling methodologies to maximize corporate revenue growth


• Past employer and Customer references required


• Travel based on business necessity
