Municipal Infrastructure; Land and Site Development Projects; Grading Projects; Water Distribution Systems; Sanitary Sewer Systems; Storm Sewer Systems; Urban Roadway Systems; Rural / Highway Systems; Sidewalks & Shared-Use Paths; Flood Control Projects; Pumping Facilities; Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities
General Responsibilities: 
Works on routine calculations and drawings with close supervision. Reviews engineering designs to ensure adherence to standards and established specifications. Uses limited independent judgment on technical issues.

General Knowledge Requirements: 
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the profession. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Education & Experience Requirements: 
-Minimum of 8 years of Land/Civil experience
-Associate's Degree or be a technical school graduate
-Autodesk Civil 3D
-MicroStation
Desired Software Proficiencies: 
Technical: GEOPAK, Inroads, ArcGISOther: Microsoft Office
