The Tipico Finance team plans, organises, leads and monitors the financial and accounting affairs of the Tipico Group. This involves retail financial operations, accounting, provision of financial information, budgetary control and cash management.

Job Description

What you will do

  • Develop and drive the FP&A team to work closely with stakeholders and to become the primary source of reliable and applicable data and information to allow management to make strategic and operational decisions 
  • Develop and implement KPI based reporting and forecasting to identify risks and opportunities, and communicating to appropriate user
  • Manage the annual budget process and the monthly analysis of performance, budgets, forecasts, and other ad hoc projects, including the timely production of monthly reporting
  • Work closely with BI and dashboards to optimally utilise the developing data availability
  • Manage and motivate the team in order to guarantee the successful performance and achievement of the Department objectives


What you offer 

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in accounting, finance or business analysis/administration
  • Minimum 5 years in financial reporting, business modelling, planning and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of financial reporting concepts and preferred business practices
  • Corporate forecasting and accounting
  • Understanding of financial statements interrelationships and changes in assumptions impacts to the financial statements and financial metrics
  • Minimum two years of experience with ad hoc analysis modelling
  • Mastery of Excel with strong financial modelling including advanced functions and pivot tables
  • Financial systems experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate the Team
