Job Description

This role will be an important member of our Sales Operations team, which is critical to the overall productivity and scale of our business. You will work with multiple stakeholders to define insightful metrics, analyses and forecasts.

The Sales Operations Analyst will perform all assigned functions in sales operations pertaining to sales reporting and analysis, forecasting, modeling, financial reporting, systems functionality and sales administrative functions, as well as ad hoc analysis as required. The successful candidate will possess keen strategic thinking, business acumen, plus analytical abilities with strong communication and project management skills to maximize the efficiency and performance of ToutApp's business.

Responsibilities/ What You'll Do:

• Forecasting, planning and analysis activities for Departmental Operations

• Support key elements of sales operations such as sales planning, forecasting, territory design & management, sales performance reporting, sales workflow and analytics 

• Develop and deliver key business metrics and cross departmental dashboards 

• Key liaison to Accounting and Finance regarding bookings and revenue. Certify and report monthly bookings numbers

• Managing ToutApp’s deal desk to ensure seamless booking to cash operations

• Translate the business requirements and business rules into source to target data mappings

• Gain management confidence in work such that the insights you produce are utilized in executive and board level presentations

• Administration of key business systems and productivity tools

Qualifications

Requirements/ What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years experience in Consulting, Investment Banking and/or Corporate Finance & Operations disciplines

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance and/or Business or BS in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics) from a top academic institution; MBA is a plus but not required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with deep interest and experience in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel based modeling skills; SQL is a plus

• Familiarity and working knowledge of SalesForce.com or other CRM systems preferred 

• Good oral and written communication skills with experience working with and presenting to senior management

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment

• Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
