You strive to arm the Sales and CSM teams with ammo so they can win deals, and you know how to wrangle in Product Management, Engineering, Support and all other internal

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Grow the ToutApp business by leading product marketing strategy and execution for new and emerging products, features and services
  • Influence and validate product strategy and in-product communications through relevant buyer and user personas, customer research, and product insights
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, pricing, rollout sequencing
  • Support our Demand Generation, Customer Success and Sales teams by delivering core positioning and messaging for products, features, services
  • Help establish and evolve ToutApp’s story
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Business Development, PR, Design, Customer Support and Legal
  • Create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving complex problems
  • Establish a competitive discipline so that our Sales and CSM teams are armed with battle cards, sales decks, and additional tools to drive Sales Enablement

Qualifications

Here are other things that you'll need to excel in this role:

  • 4+ years in internet technology and SaaS Product Marketing
  • Strong project management skills: can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward
  • Startup DNA: Highly collaborative, self-starter, always interested in learning and growing 
  • A demonstrably successful track record of driving product marketing programs for 4+ years in the high tech space.
  • The passion and proven drive to continually exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced, high growth company
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong strategic AND creative thinking, tying lead generation activities to overall company go-to-market strategy
  • Excited to be a leader and grow/teach our marketing team
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to work well as an individual and within a team
  • Personal drive to continually grow and enhance skills and knowledge
