Job Description

Responsibilities/ What You'll Do:

Drive Pipeline Creation Through SDR team 

  • Increase new revenue
  • Increase pipeline
Improve and Optimize a Repeatable and Scalable Process for Creating Pipeline   
  • Define and document the SDR processes
  • Establish 30-60-90 day plans for SDR roles
  • Learn and teach best practices to our SDR team

Measure Effectiveness of SDRs

  • Define and report operational metrics for team
  • Maintain systems for tracking and reporting metrics
  • Create cadence for review within team

Build and Lead World-class SDR Team

  • Create rapid onboarding process for new team members
  • Foster collaboration within team and across AE and CSM team members
  • Encourage continuous learning within team
  • Conduct weekly and monthly 1:1s with each SDR 
  • Develop and refine a team structure that will scale as the company grows
  • Drive career progression path for SDR reps
  • Lead and mentor 8 SDRs 
  • Work closely with Sr. Manager of Sales Development to recruit, train and support a high caliber SDR team

Qualifications

Requirements / What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in leading a high-performing SDR team
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Results orientated, metrics driven track record
  • Deep understanding of outbound pipeline creation processes
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Natural leader and the gift of inspiring others
  • A clear communicator and collaborator 
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
