Traackr is a fast growing, international start-up that builds Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) technology. Traackr’s SaaS platform powers leading influencer programs for B2B and B2C global enterprises such as L'Oréal, The Coca-Cola Company, Samsung, Microsoft, Intel, SAP, and Capital One. We’re getting ready to move into our next phase of growth, and we are looking for great people to join our team.
We are seeking an all-star B2B marketer to join our marketing team in San Francisco to help strengthen Traackr’s unique market position and recognition. This position will report to the Global VP of Influence, but will work with the global team to shape and drive execution of the content and social media marketing strategy for Traackr’s Influencer Marketing SaaS platform.
The successful candidate will have an editorial mindset, strong interpersonal and project management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and a focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, traffic and leads that contribute to sales and customer retention.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Collaborate across functions and locations to showcase Traackr’s best in class technology and thought leadership through content creation and social media activation.
Consistently strive to produce compelling content to fuel social media communities, product marketing, lead generation, nurturing campaigns and sales enablement.
Develop and manage an editorial plan and governance making sure content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone, SEO optimized and deadlines are met.
Manage the digital content hub and distribute content through various channels inc. social media, email send and newsletter ensuring strong web presence.
Manage our social media channels and build influencer relations to engage our community, grow our audience, drive brand awareness and support lead generation.
Keep up to date on the most recent information relating to influencer marketing and the industry.
- Min 3-5 years experience within a B2B focused technology company
Talented communicator with excellent writing skills
Proven and accomplished content and social media marketing experience
Effective community management skills and ability to build relationships with influential industry leaders
Proficiency with WordPress, Content Management Software, Google analytics, Slideshare, and the top social media channels
Knowledge of SEO, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
Project management skills and attention to detail
Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with high-level direction
BS degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
Experience building or managing influencer marketing programs is a plus
