Job Description

This is a critical leadership role in the San Francisco Traackr HQ office, working closely with our most important global enterprise customers in the western region, reporting to the global SVP of Customer Success.  This individual will act as strategic Influencer Marketing partner at the CMO level, helping build and lead the customer success team as Traackr continues its growth. You will work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, and the Traackr executive management team, and be responsible for the success of the customers in the region- health of relationship, renewals, and expansion opportunities. You will deliver a high touch "strategic advisor" approach to engaging with a limited set of Fortune 1000 Traackr customers, leveraging the Traackr team across multiple disciplines, to ensure happy, successful customers at all levels of the customer organization- executive, management, program leadership, and users. 

Qualifications

Traackr seeks a marketing leader with a demonstrated track record working with enterprise clients at the CMO level.  This individual will have 10+ years of experience in brand marketing (with strong digital) in an agency environment or major brand in house marketing department.   If you are the candidate then you know the difference goals and tactics, and are a savvy consultant who knows how to extract requirements, wants, and needs, from the customer. You know how to turn these wants and needs into goals, measures, tactics and methods. You are comfortable at the executive, management, and tactician levels within a customer, and have deep experience in creating, modifying and delivering customer-specific content and deliverables aligned to the appropriate customer and level within the organization. You have a business mind and a savvy understanding of how to drive a mutually beneficial customer relationship that delivers incredibly healthy customers, maximum renewals, and ample expansion opportunities.
