UI/UX Designer

  • Full-time
  • Department: Product & Engineering

Company Description

Tradeshift is disrupting a stale e-invoicing, procure to pay, and financial solutions market. We are connecting companies of all sizes and providing them with the platform and network needed to create value from old processes like procurement, invoicing,  payments, and workflow. Tradeshift is redefining an enterprise space that has seen little change in many years. We recognize that business is messy and business is social. Understanding these two facts drives the development of Tradeshift - a platform for all your business interactions.

Qualifications

  • You have a formal, educational background in design with 3-5 years of experience in a design agency or as a member of a product/design team
  • Proven work experience in the field. However, we care more about the quality of your recent work than your ability to show you did great design five years ago.
  • You have experience and success in working with teams of developers.
  • You are familiar and comfortable working with agile design and development processes.
  • Design experience with B2B applications and complex workflows is a plus.
  • You have a structured and analytical approach to your work and you always have a plan for reaching the finish line.

  • Best in class when it comes to tools like Sketch and InVision.
  • Some actual web development skills will come in handy (HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)
