Job Description

  • Support a strong operations and metrics focus for the top half of our prospect funnel (marketing leads through qualified sales opportunities)
  • Partner very closely with the marketing and sales teams to devise and execute scalable marketing programs to strengthen and accelerate pipelines for new customer acquisition
  • Develop and execute a content and delivery framework for the top of the funnel to drive thought leadership and awareness to global procure-to-pay buying audiences
  • Drive insights through research / analytics to enable and enrich sales discussions.
  • Research and implement opportunities for marketing profitability / ROI by using techniques such as A-B testing and vendor analysis.
  • Advise on building efficiencies in our sales development/marketing initiatives and emerging trends in lead to opportunity conversion.

Qualifications

  • 3+ yrs in B2B marketing for technology brands in a hyper-growth industry with international experience preferred
  • Built, executed and scaled-up ROI driven marketing programs for both acquisition and nurture
  • Experience scaling marketing efforts through online / digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing Salesforce and/or Marketo or other CRM marketing technology.
  • Expertise in managing outside partners such as agencies and partner associations
  • Be a data expert! Leverage Marketo, Google Analytics and Salesforce to report on marketing KPIs and program success
  • Experience working directly with Stakeholders for insights into data analysis DOMO experience a plus
  • Comfortable with limited statistical analysis used to drive traceability to focus on the more profitable marketing channels
