Job Description

  • Be a passionate advocate for the Product, and Organizational, Strategy
  • Orientate ‘shifters on domain concepts and the Tradeshift difference
  • Train on Product capabilities across the organization (and potentially externally with Customers and/or partners)
  • Produce, with the support of Product Managers and the Technical Writing team, Training documentation and decks
  • Produce product videos that can be used as standalone education materials (including story building, editing and voice-overs)
  • Work across the organization on ensuring consistent product messaging both internally and externally
  • Show an unequivocal passion for Tradeshift, the Product and our market-defining strategy
  • Know when to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and when to ‘step back and manage’ to the overall benefit of the Project Delivery

Qualifications

  • To be able to clearly demonstrate considerable Training, Change Management and influencing experience that produced noticeable and sustainable results
  • Understanding of P2P end-to-end; experience with a eProcurement/eInvoicing/ERP toolset in a super user / project delivery role (ideally, in a techno-functional role)
  • Understanding / appreciation of IT technologies development methodologies
  • Creative thinker and problem solver; for both internal and external customers
  • Experience in producing high-quality training material / sales slides / decks; with highly effective communication (and most certainly not death by ppt)
  • Experience in Training curriculum design; including the end-to-end information flows tha enable accurate and effective knowledge share
  • Ability to work with, and influence, all appropriate stakeholders to ensure commitment and alignment to product and organisational strategy
  • Proud to produce quality documents; but be able to balance quality levels with delivery need
  • Dynamic, team player who is also a self-start with friendly and persuasive personality who can sell the benefits to deliver what is needed
  • Able to manage a diverse and complex stakeholder group, over varying businesses, units and functions; all with unique perspectives.
