Have you ever worked for a company that actually wanted you to bring your whole self to work every single day?
Tradeshift is a unicorn in the fintech industry. We are disrupting a typically stagnant environment by connecting companies of all sizes and providing them with the platform and network needed to create value from old processes like procurement, invoicing, payments, and workflow. We recognize that business is both messy and social - two revelations that have driven the development of Tradeshift, a platform for all your business interactions.
In the Link team, our passion is and always has been innovation. Innovation with one overarching objective: make it simple. All of us, from our founders to our most recent hires, are constantly looking at ways to simplify B2B integration. Our mission is to provide companies with the means to easily build and operate their integrated world. Our strongest value is self-empowerment. This interdependent way of working allows us to work in an environment where excellence is combined with a no-blame attitude. So we can boldly go where no one has ever gone before, without fearing failure.
You will contribute to the full development life cycle of Link’s scalable, distributed cloud platform, as part of a highly collaborative team. You will get a unique opportunity to develop your talent, as our challenges constantly evolve within our team.

No good work goes unnoticed. Because our other offices are located in different timezones, we expect some degree of flexibility in terms of working hours.
Our culture began day one when three Danes poured their brains, heart, and guts into creating a platform that could connect every business in the world. One day you might find us having a ping pong match in the middle of the work day, and then you’ll find us handing off projects to colleagues in different time zones so we can continue progress around the clock.
