The Legal Department plays a key role in helping to propel Tradeshift forward.  We drive customer negotiations and contract formation. We run the company’s global stock options program.  We do handle all corporate and other legal topics, throughout the globe.

Job Description

What a day is like:

A typical day involves handling a workload primarily focused on drafting, negotiating, advising upon and closing commercial contractual transactions with customers and partners for the licensing of cloud (SaaS) software and the provision of related support and consulting services, as well as innovative FinTech offerings.  Supporting the company’s global operations, this position offers interesting, varied work with a high level of responsibility and visibility.


You’re perfect for this role if you:

You are a well-organized individual who enjoys exercising initiative and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

You also have:

  • 4 years experience in negotiating SAAS agreements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent review, drafting, and negotiation skills. 
  • SaaS licensing experience, including data protection, and security understanding. 
  • Fluent language skills in English, and preferably other European languages.  

This role requires occasional travel.
