Job Description

The main part of the job is to own and continuously refine the release process in Tradeshift and to make sure customers and internal stakeholders always are up to date with dates and release scope.

Any candidate must be used to manage ever changing priorities and goals and also be able to deal with ambiguity. Part of the job will also be supporting the VP of Program Management in various internal and external facing oriented assignments, from simple activities to complex actions. 

What you will be doing:

↣ Product release process owner, ensuring that the Tradeshift Release process is implemented, managed and monitored

↣ Organize and facilitate internal release trainings or specific product presentations for internal audience

↣ Responsible for updating the release process, calendar and make internal updates for the Product team

↣ Manage a portfolio of tools, such as Confluence, Aha!, Delighted

↣ Lead workshops and meetings; taking minutes and managing outcomes to ensure decisions taken and important discussion points are captured and shared and executed on

↣ Create assets that captures knowledge to share with all interested parties (eg: slides, articles/documentation)

↣ Lead presentations independently and facilitate dialogue and alignment between different internal teams 

↣ Data collection & analysis from a process and service perspective, eg. NPS data

↣ Have an appetite for change management and agile development methodologies

↣ Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with different stakeholders and many growth opportunities 

↣ Troubleshoot issues when the ball has been dropped; grab the ball and kick-off again

↣  Brainstorm ideas and facilitate knowledge sharing to create solutions to stubborn problems.

↣ Work with VP of Program management to evolve the Tradeshift’s Software development life cycle (SDLC)

Qualifications

About you:

↣ Release manager experience, with ability to manage communication to stakeholders and keep everything on track

↣ Deep knowledge of IT technologies development methodologies, especially Agile Development

↣ Creative thinker and problem solver; for both internal and external customers

↣ Experience in producing high-quality sales slides / decks, always with the receiver in focus, but not death by ppt

↣ Experience with process design, flow-chart production and step description

↣ Proud to produce quality documents; but be able to balance quality levels with delivery need

↣ Active management of plans and follow upon actions; providing assistance where ability to deliver is hindered

↣ Ability to influence and work with Product Managers, Sales Executives and Professional Services Consultants to ensure success is achieved

↣ Dynamic, team player who is also a self-start with friendly and persuasive personality who can sell the benefits to deliver what is needed

↣ Some understanding of P2P end-to-end; experience with a eProcurement/eInvoicing/ERP tool set in a super user role (ideally, in a techno-functional role)
