The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics is a leadership role in the Tradeshift Network Value organization. The role reports directly to the Director, Strategy & Business Development and is involved in strategic planning of all seller facing data processing and analytics within the  Network Value group. This position will be focused on analytics & value engineering initiatives related to pipeline and revenue generation via Tradeshift Network. 

The key areas of responsibility will be to:

↠ Take ownership of the management of the revenue analysis (Analytics)

↠ Effectively communicate value propositions through Analytics and presentations to internal and external stakeholders with the purpose of change management

↠ Manage Data analysis and insights of Customer Supply Chain dat

↠ Manage and support seller pipeline data across all seller journey touch-points

↠ Identify and implement data-based automation opportunities within the Seller data Journey touch-points

↠ Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs for the onboarding group

↠ Be a strategic sparring partner and advisor to the leadership team of Network Value group, backing the decisions with insights and complex problem solving

↠ Lead and develop team members

↠ Lead the development of growth strategies based on market opportunities, market trends, and a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Tradeshift capabilities

↠ Drive large and complex projects independently with many stakeholders involved, many sub-work streams / deliverables and high cross-functional project management requirements

↠ Manage and work together with multiple project resources e.g. other Network Value professionals and colleagues from other departments

↠ 7+ years of experience leading teams (researchers and data analysts preferred)

↠ High level of expertise in technical research and analytics techniques, tools and platforms

↠ Experience in working with Business Intelligence Softwares (Tableu, Domo, Caspian, etc)

↠ Ability to reframe and synthesize data and findings into new frameworks and bring customer insights to life

↠ Past experience working with Large data (up to a million data points)

↠ Familiarity with SQL and/or Python/R+

↠ Expert level Microsoft Excel skills

↠ Experience in Building out and implementing Data security and governance and framework
