Job Description

The Director, Strategic Engagement is responsible for nurturing and growing key strategic partnerships and client relationships to elevate the Tradeshift brand and further our positioning as a global change agent. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Relationship-centric, partner-focused individual to take our top strategic partners and clients through the Tradeshift vision and journey and create long‐lasting and mutually beneficial relationships 

  • Critical advisory role to understand the partner’s/client’s strategic goals and priorities and align them with our vision and strategic path forward 

  • Be the partner/client advocate within the team and ensure an exceptional experience through all interactions in their “life cycle” as a Tradeshift partner/client; act as conduit between internal and external stakeholders

  • Build and nurture an ecosystem of client and partner thought leaders, collaborate to amplify the TS business, and secure and support joint ventures/speaking engagements

  • Work closely with global events and communications team to ensure seamless program delivery, partner/client satisfaction, and post-event engagement 

  • Other duties as assigned per business need
