Job Description

The Technical Integration Team Lead manages a local Technical Integration Engineering team.
The Technical Integration team is core to Tradeshift's success and works closely with our customers, their suppliers, and cross functionally throughout our organization to achieve success and win for our users.  Our engineers work side by side with some of the biggest brands in the world integrating their supplier networks, architecting and building supplier solutions.

As a member of the integration management team, you will work closely with your peers to develop the global team’s vision and strategy, and engage stakeholders across Tradeshift to communicate our vision and ensure the team’s success. As a team lead, you'll be hands-on beside your team in integrating suppliers and working on complex architecture. You will hire strong team members obsessed with delivering best in breed integrations, and assist in developing career plans and identifying growth opportunities for your team members.

What you will be doing:

  • Building and managing aside with your regional manager, a team of technical integration engineers to grow our network
  • Be accountable for the output of the Technical Integration Engineering team you lead.
  • Make prioritisation decisions, and push back when required
  • Review the project queue together with the technical leads in your team and reject or assign the projects in the team
  • Be first point of escalation for projects are developed within your team.
  • Work along with your team on integrations
  • Assist in process improvement.
  • Travel might be required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience with integrations in a procure-to-pay environment
  • Familiarity with the Tradeshift integration toolkit (IBX Connect, Babelway, and/or related to Tradeshift apps)
  • Experience leading or managing technical teams
  • Effective communication skills - must be comfortable presenting to executive team members
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to influence and lead others, identify and make necessary changes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Self-starter - capable of aggressively pursuing Tradeshift’s goals
