Job Description

Role

As a talented Programme Manager, you will be critical in bringing our PMO organisation to the next level. Every decision you make, every day, will have a material impact on the way our projects are implemented. You’ll work alongside Customer Success and Engagement Managers, Solution Architects and Regional leaders, to help them thrive delivering value to our beloved Customers.

What a day is like:

  • Build and own our PMO L&D services Practice
  • Develop training strategy, programmes and material to support our Professional Services - Customer Value team
  • Guarantee all new team members are properly onboarded in our tools and understand our core processes
  • Help to develop a skill assessment program
  • Develop and Maintain best practices and processes, including our Methodology “Shiftology”
  • Report back to our team on accomplishments and challenges via Maturity Assessments
  • Update internal Documentation in Confluence (Knowledge base tool)
  • Maintain reporting related to the correspondent practices, both for Customer Value extended teams and Upper management.
  • Support Partner Enablement Practice
  • Co-Lead other related Internal Strategic Projects within the PMO

Qualifications

About You:

  • 3-5 years Project / Training Management Experience with Customer facing teams / Computer Software experience preferred
  • Orientation towards People and Processes
  • Understanding of Professional Services, Customer Success organizations 
  • Driven to make stakeholders successful, regardless of challenges or obstacles
  • Thrives in complex, challenging and sometimes stressful situations
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies and business requirements
  • Optimally, but not necessarily, you have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business related topics
