About The Role

Tradeshift’s Talent Acquisition Team partners with leaders to hire some of the greatest people in their field. We want candidates to have a positive experience getting to know us and we love spreading the word about Tradeshift. 

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to inspire, support, and lead our global team. The Head of Talent Acquisition will create a global strategy to meet our business objectives.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop hiring plans and strategies that cultivates diversity, inclusion, and equity to meet business objectives 
  • Design the operational infrastructure needed for efficient and effective programs and systems
  • Create practices that result in a positive candidate experience
  • Lead, develop and coach a global team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators
  • Develop metrics to track success
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, practices, and insights to inform decisions

Qualifications

  • Have led Talent Acquisition or Operations at a global technology company
  • Have 8+ years experience recruiting and managing people
  • Are a systems thinker and strive for consistent and clear processes
  • Value metrics and storytelling and can marry the two to create compelling narratives
  • Highly collaborative and love working cross functionally to problem solve
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders across multiple disciplines to meet aggressive hiring goals
