About The Role

Our team sits within Tradeshift’s Network Value Organization. We are the team who provides trusted, expert consultancy to the customer, making sure the customer understands their role in successful onboarding, and ensuring all of the customer’s sellers are brought onto the platform in a professional and timely manner. We are looking for people that are proactive, know how to build relationships, gain commitment, manage projects, drive deadlines, and are ready to do what is needed to ensure our users are rapidly enabled.
We believe in empowerment and ownership by every member of our team. Each individual is autonomous, but expected to follow a process and work in the interest of our users and the platform. The scope of this role starts in the sales cycle, articulating the data driven Seller Value approach to a successful onboarding strategy, securing the data to drive the Network Value business case and ends when the strategy and plan is delivered. 
You will be the customer’s trusted advisor, responsible for building the path for ensuring the seller participation that enables the success of Tradeshift’s customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Consult customer on their seller onboarding journey:

  • Articulating the value of the Seller Value approach to successful onboarding
  • Secure the required data points from the customer to feed the onboarding strategy 
  • Work with the customer to align on the onboarding plan mapped by the Business Strategy team 
  • Work with the customer to plan and execute the agreed seller onboarding plan
  • Provide effective project management of the onboarding preparation tasks and roll-out waves
  • Identify and mitigate against risks and blockers to the desired upsell and onboarding goals - during preparation and after go live

Collaborate with internal teams:

  • Align with the Professional Services engagement manager’s milestones and goals to ensure successful delivery of the overall implementation project
  • Close collaboration with Selles Sales & Success team to ensure continuous growth of lead pipeline
  • Ensure seamless handover to Post- onboarding launch business as usual teams
  • Build additional onboarding waves to support seller upsell opportunities

Qualifications

Let’s Connect If You…

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or Computer Science (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in a consultancy/change management/delivery role
  • Consultancy skills in advocating best practices and standardization, adoption
  • Skilled and respected communicator, consultant, and influencer; able to engage with CFOs and CPOs of Fortune 500 companies
  • Self-starter who is resourceful and not afraid to make decisions
  • Organized and demonstrates time management skills
  • Business level in written and verbal English & French
  • Experience with procure-to-pay or e-commerce processes would be an advantage
