Job Description

About The Role
The Onboarding Operational Consultant is the link between our Enterprise business and the Network business for any topics relating to live onboarding programs for our Enterprise customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Train/retrain Enterprise customers in our operational onboarding processes including clarifying the customer role in these processes. The Onboarding Strategy Consultants (OSCs) are doing the initial training and this training/retraining is to ensure that processes continue to be followed
  • Drive the change process towards the Enterprise business and customers when changes in Network impact customer facing processes
  • Be the internal Network owner ensuring that Network meets the agreed SLA and business case committed to Enterprise customers. Ownership of this is handed over from Onboarding Strategy Consultants when customer onboarding programs go live
  • Ensure internal and external visibility in customer onboarding progress.
  • Analyse customer onboarding progress and facilitate and work with all internal stakeholders to unlock onboarding blockers and bottlenecks
  • Be the internal Network escalation point for Enterprise customer escalations relating to onboarding
  • Internally align and update Enterprise teams on changes and operational issues that are expected to impact ongoing Enterprise onboarding programs

Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or Computer Science (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in a consultancy/change management/delivery role
  • Consultancy skills in advocating best practices and standardization, adoption
  • Skilled and respected communicator, consultant, and influencer; able to engage with CFOs and CPOs of Fortune 500 companies
  • Self-starter who is resourceful and not afraid to make decisions
  • Organized and demonstrates time management skills
  • Business level English, both written and oral
  • Experience with procure-to-pay or e-commerce processes would be an advantage
