About The Role

Tradeshift is looking for an experienced and energetic global partner marketing manager to build and execute partner marketing programs with Tradeshift’ partner ecosystem with the following key objectives:

  • Enhance visibility, comms, branding and budgeting activities around our partner ecosystem to generate awareness and strengthen the partnership message

  • Drive demand & opportunity generation across partner ecosystem that eventually leads to sustained bookings and revenue growth

  • Enhance visibility and awareness of partnership success and key initiatives within selected partner organizations and internally in Tradeshift

  • Facilitate joint Go-to-Market campaigns and lead generation activities 

  • Equip and enable sales teams with content and tools to position the partnership message to clients and prospects

This role requires a strategic outlook and demonstrated experience in strategic marketing activities, but also a strong ability to execute with a focus on measurable results.

Job Description

  • Develop strategic, integrated marketing plans for selected partners to support the partner go-to-market strategy 

  • Enable and activate our global partner community at scale to execute demand generation across key accounts

  • Build out Partner Marketing Framework and marketing strategy that includes ‘marketing to’, ‘marketing with’ and ‘marketing thru’ programs

  • Work directly with Regional Marketing to ensure Partner marketing programs are reviewed and developed with regional requirements, including events and campaigns

  • Work with the partner managers and regional teams to define the priorities, value proposition and messaging around our partnerships 

  • Drive alignment with Partner Management and regional teams to ensure that Partner Marketing programs amplify the Tradeshift marketing priorities

  • Provide targeted marketing support for specific deals (joint partner opportunities) in the pipeline 

  • Develop effective sales enablement tools to support the partnership message like solution briefs, sales guidebooks, messaging decks and co-create content for Partner Enablement curriculum.

  • Create, build Annual Partner Forum and execute all aspects of global partner participation at the annual (including invites, sponsorships, partner exhibition area, partner presentations etc.)

  • Manage and execute joint partner marketing activities at industry events such as Sibos and Money 20/20

Qualifications

  • Experience in field marketing, partner & channel marketing or account-based marketing in technology companies
  • Experience working closely with sales and customer-facing teams to drive pipeline

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and proven ability to build strong professional relationships 

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task

  • Proven experience in creating and executing detailed marketing plans

  • Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across a global team
