About The Role

Tradeshift is looking for an outstanding Senior Product Management to join our Pay product team in Copenhagen. You will be a key member of an international, cross-functional and self-driven product team that includes engineers, designers, user researchers and product managers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define a product vision and strategy which considers and balances partner, customer, prospect and internal stakeholder needs and positions Buy as leader in the B2B marketplace space
• Partner with Engineering to drive world class execution of the product roadmap
• Leverage leading technology, including Tradeshift’s microservice architecture, machine learning, digital collaboration and interoperability.
• Optimize team performance and mentor product managers reporting to you
• Meet with customers and partners  to communicate the product vision, understand their needs, and mitigate escalations
• Act as a consultative subject matter expert to the business
• Manage product development through all stages of the product lifecycle
• Through data driven insights, evaluate and communicate effectiveness of features released and make follow up recommendations

Let’s Connect If You…

• 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS product management experience
• In-depth experience marketplaces and/or procurement
• Expert knowledge of product search, product information and catalog management, approval workflow technology
• A track record of growing new products and enabling cross-functional teams to build operational excellence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable balancing resources and priorities according market conditions
• Prior experiencing managing product managers
• Advanced degree in Business and/or Engineering preferred
