  • TCS World Travel, which specializes in luxury private jet travel under its own brand and for strategic partners including National Geographic and Four Seasons.
  • Zegrahm Expeditions, an adventure travel company that takes inquisitive explorers to the farthest corners of the globe on all seven continents.
  • International Expeditions, a leader in small group nature travel with a focus on high-end natural history and cultural experiences.

Job Description

The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing operations with an emphasis on paid search, display, retargeting and paid social advertising. The role supports three travel brands (TCS World Travel, Zegrahm Expeditions and International Expeditions) and will deliver digital marketing tactics that coincide with company marketing cycles and business needs, and be responsible for monitoring paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to increase marketing ROI. A solid understanding of the principles of performance-based DR marketing and conversion rate optimization is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with digital marketing implementations and have a strong background in analytics-driven decision making. Success in this role will be measured by online channel ROI and consistent, accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and optimize digital campaigns via paid search/AdWords, display/retargeting and paid social advertising channels.
  • Lead the execution of paid acquisition marketing programs to acquire quality leads as well as new business acquisition.
  • Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of each business.
  • Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages and targeting segmentation.
  • Project manage creation of campaign landing pages, banners, and other digital marketing assets as needed.
  • Assist with evaluating and implementing the right analytics platform for the business and lead and champion adoption across the organization to enable end-to-end tracking for marketing efforts to conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager to go beyond reporting in order to evaluate conversion funnel effectiveness.
  • Assist the data team with full systems integration such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
  • Measure, analyze and report on the impact paid marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum.
  • Hands-on experience managing B2C campaigns.
  • Direct experience managing paid search through Google AdWords & Bing Ads.
  • Familiarity working with Google online marketing SaaS products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DFA, etc.).
  • Experience with keyword research, competitive insights and other analytics tools, such as SEMrush or Moz.
  • Experience in application of landing pages best practices and CRO.
  • Google AdWords certification a big plus.
  • Working knowledge of Drupal CMS, HTML, and CSS a plus.
  • Travel industry experience a plus.
  • Visual ad design/creation experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open ended problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes (agency experience a plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal.
