Tripping.com is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us further develop our platform.  Our engineers are talented, driven and humble people who love what they do, are intellectually curious, are always looking to grow, and enjoy having fun along the way. Tripping.com is a tech-focused startup, so you will have the freedom to try new things and influence the design and technical direction of the site.

• 1+ years related work experience
• Strong knowledge of a modern language - Ruby, Python, Go, JavaScript
• Strong understanding of MVC and frameworks
• Strong knowledge of big data, database design and/or search algorithms
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, light code
• Experience working with Javascript, HTML and CSS
• Experience working with XML, JSON and REST
• You can work independently and under very tight deadlines
• Self-driven, with a good approach to working efficiently and effectively
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to set (and meet) realistic deadlines
• True passion for creating clean, functional and well-designed code
• Obsession with new technologies and trends
• BS, MS or experience in quantitative field (e.g. math, engineering, econ, etc.)
• Hands-on coder. Love to roll up your sleeves and write great code
