Job Description

Currently we are looking for a Content & CRM Manager to grow our European Marketing presence. This position will be based in our new headquarter in Europe, location is still to be determined. You will be part of an experienced team launching new markets and knowing what they are doing.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for our EU content marketing strategy and CRM
  • You build, launch and test country-specific eMail and social media campaigns that support our growth
  • You analyze your targeted social media campaigns and work on their continuous improvement
  • You increase our brand awareness and organic traffic by developing and promoting relevant, engaging content
  • You tailor your campaigns to engage our users and increase return visits
  • You support our PR initiatives through creative campaign development and outreach
  • You map out our eMail CRM, working closely with the San Francisco based eMail Marketing Manager and creating highly engaging content
  • You work closely with the EU and San Francisco leadership team

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of online marketing experience in developing successful content and social media campaigns, preferably in Germany, France and UK 
  • A KPI-driven approach to content creation and campaigns
  • Exceptional communication skills that enable you to create engaging content
  • Strong attention-to-detail coupled with the understanding of what moves the needle, you are able to distill what is important from what is not
  • Creative, self-driven individual who likes to own and optimize programs start to finish
  • Ability to work autonomously and/or within a small team while making proactive decisions based on the opportunities available
  • Ideally previous experience in reporting KPIs to a leadership team on a regular basis and providing analyses of your data
  • Experience in travel, meta search, real estate, retail, flash sales, or e-commerce
