Job Description

The Account Manager will develop meaningful and lasting relationships with our partners. You will be an integral part of our global business development team responsible for the day to day communications with the lifeline of our business, our partners, so visibility and autonomy is significant.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of our global partner relationships from start to finish 
  • Create a robust growth plan for our partnerships by understanding the long-term business value drivers and opportunities
  • Drive implementation of partner plans across multiple teams and products
  • Work in collaboration with Product team to tackle connectivity, implementation/onboarding, technical issues/bugs and new/enhancement products for our partners
  • Monitor, analyze and provide a strategy surrounding performance metrics

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of managing strategic accounts or similar experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding partner/client expectations 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of partner unit economics
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

  • Love of travel and experience staying in vacation homes a plus
