• Answering Client emails and calls.
• Provide accurate quotes based upon client requirements.
• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Following up with suppliers and providing updated ETA to clients.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Updating sales tickets.
• Expediting orders through internal liaison.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

• Have proven experience as Sales IT 
• Have experience in procurement, invoicing and creating quotation
• Experience in AU market is a plus but not required
• Willing and comfortable to take calls
• Must have own equipment (computer, headset with noise cancellation and stable internet)
• Willing to install a time tracker
