Universal Health Care and Professional Services (a Durable Medical Equipment Company) located in Douglasville, Ga. Is looking for an experienced professional and well-rounded individual to become a part of our team. This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Job Description

• Drive business results by leading operations team.

• Develop and implement operations strategies that support achieving company and customer goals.

• Mentor high potential staff. Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation.

• Support the vision, mission and goals, and demonstrate a commitment to the values, of the organization.

• Contribute to management team discussions and decisions on operational and strategic issues to ensure that the company’s goals are met.

• Ability to forge effective working relationships with other members of the leadership team and with direct reports

• Motivate cross-departmental team performance towards excellence and develop team concepts and consensus- building management styles. Coordinate activities with delivery/maintenance team to ensure timely delivery of product and services.

• Drive innovation, be resourceful and creative to find efficiency.

• Lead the team to deliver superior customer service that produces positive business results.


Qualifications

•5 + years leadership and management experience.

•Some marketing experience would be a plus.

•Healthcare industry experience preferred

•Preferred durable medical equipment experience

•Preferred billing experience (Medicare, Medicaid and third party insurances)

•Track record of success in leading and building high functioning teams, and effectively influence change.

•Ability to analyze business requirements, effectively articulate and present financial information in writing, and implement solutions.

•Ability to plan, organize, and document policies and work flow methods for improvement of the department as well as monitor performance and productivity levels.

•Strong managerial skills; direct supervision of staff including hiring, development, coaching, and performance managements

•Strong customer focus and result oriented

•Proficient with Excel to create, modify and analyze reports. Brightree software knowledge preferred

•Excellent verbal and written skills necessary for communication with patients/clients, providers and other staff

•In addition to strong operational savvy, the individual will have strong emotional intelligence skills

•Be metrics-driven in the management of your team’s work, while never losing focus on the human element present in all great teams.

•Excellent eye for detail - balanced with swift execution. 

•Live no more than 30 minutes away from Douglasville, Ga.
