ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Self-driven and motivated inside sales representatives will secure new UPS revenue from prospective accounts, and will deliver a steady stream of creative solutions to our customers’ transportation needs, with a common goal on growing our export volume, and developing sales skills. • Source new sales opportunities through cold calling and email • Identify growth and conversion opportunities • Maintain client rapport by understanding current and future needs and responding promptly • Achieve and exceed sales objectives by generating new business and increasing UPS market share • Facilitate in the resolution of service challenges • Strategically work with field representatives to meet company objectives

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Sales experience and business acumen is considered an asset • Must possess university degree or be currently enrolled in a university program in a related field • Self-motivated and competitive with the ability to work flexible hours (longer hours when required) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills • Highly organized with superior attention to detail • Willingness to succeed and a proven track record of achievement
