Customer Service Agent/Facility Safety

A facility Customer Service Officer (CSO) is at the forefront of customer service. He or she is one of the first facility workers to greet guests as they arrive.The CSO provides facility guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering. The position ensures that guests are happy from the moment they step into the facility until they leave, as well as maintaining safety and access control. Sometimes, he or she continues to provide superior customer service after the guests are long gone. Customer Service Officer may also play a Security Officer role, espeacially if working the overnight shift.
Full-Time or Part-time work Can be attained.
Shifts: Mornings, Evenings, and Overnights are available at job locations.
EARNING POTENTIAL: paying up to $18.75 depending on eduactional Background, location employed, and past work experience.
*Must be 18 years of age or older.
*Must have great communication and interpersonal skills.
*Must have High School Diploma or G.E.D.
*Experience in customer service or security related jobs a plus.
*May be required to take 3-4 days of Basic and Emergency Response Training for opportunity
