Job summary

The Risk Management Analyst (BCP/DRP) works in coordination with all production and services teams, and other security relays to ensure the coherent execution of the Ubisoft security strategy. Moreover, he/she provides informational and technical security expertise in order to support, ensure and enhance the current security posture of all assets within Ubisoft. The analyst in this position will work on the Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management programs.


  • Implement disaster and business continuity plans at the global level and coordinating all local efforts toward a global unique strategy;
  • Write and maintain all disaster recovery and business continuance plans. Fully document all disaster recovery plans to support continued operations and regulatory requirements;
  • Participate in the creation, review and deployment of policies, standards, processes and guidelines;
  • Apply security best practices and global policies related to all aspects of corporate security;
  • Conduct business impact analysis and risk assessments, implement and maintain risk assessment reviews;
  • Propose solutions to mitigate identified risks and bring them to an acceptable level for management; participate in incident response;
  • Develop and maintain security metrics and executive reports to communicate project risks and remediation activity status to management in non-technical business language;
  • Oversee coordination of support, training & community management related to Ubisoft Global security awareness;
  • Carry out all other related tasks.



  • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Sciences, cyber security or any related discipline.
  • Business Continuity Management certification is a plus  (ABCP, CBCP, AFBCI, MBCI)
  • SANS certification is an asset;

Relevant experience

  • 3+ years in security related functions;
  • Previous experience in coordinating Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans (3-5 years)
  • Experience with project management tasks is a plus
  • Previous IT related experience is a plus


  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written);
  • Ability to interact with all hierarchical levels in the company;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders;
  • Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work to consistently meet deadlines;
  • Ability to conduct informational training sessions as required;
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to write clear and concise documentation;
  • Good cultural approach to work with colleagues around the world;


  • Bilingual English and French (oral/written)
  • Business Continuity Management certification is a plus  (ABCP, CBCP, AFBCI, MBCI)
