Your responsibilities as Order Management Specialist
At the very heart of the business, our Operations team is the pillar of our success and global strategy. As Order Management Specialist you will be in charge of the end-to-end order flow, entailing both a great deal of technical as well as customer-facing duties. You will execute, monitor and ensure correct processing of orders on our job marketing platform and advise customers as necessary, helping them with their challenges in a customer-friendly manner.
Your main responsibilities revolve around:
Ensuring the timely processing and delivery of (digital) orders across our extensive network of media channels;
Interacting with and providing liaison between the customer, internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Procurement and our external partners;
Providing excellent customer experience through superior support and problem-solving;
Ensuring accurate documentation and managing our orders and the related interactions using Salesforce and other applications;
Participating in identifying/ testing process improvement initiatives and helping the (senior) team to further automate the order delivery process;
Assisting with ad-hoc reports to support the success of the Operations team.

1-2 years’ back office, Sales/Order support or Customer services experience, preferably in a tech-oriented environment;
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent thinking and working level;
Fluency in German & English OR Dutch & English languages;
An analytical and technical mindset; Experience with Microsoft Office. Google Workspace and Salesforce is a big plus!

This position is based in Rotterdam and although we have a hybrid-working policy, the ideal candidates should live in The Netherlands with an easy commute to our office. #together
