Your responsibilities as Customer Success Manager

As we are growing dynamically and preparing for the future, we are now looking forward to welcoming our next Customer Success Manager in our Sales department.

You will be key in solidifying our rapid growth by making sure our (international) customers are being looked after in the most professional way possible by providing quality service and performance. You’ll be working at the absolute forefront of recruitment marketing innovation, with a team that believes in doing things differently!

As Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for growing customer engagement and optimising their use of VONQ services. 

Your main responsibilities revolve around:

  • Taking care of a group of global customers (Shell, Lenovo, European Commission);

  • Optimising customer experience, driving customer engagement;

  • Developing a growth plan together with the customer and steer them accordingly;

  • Analysing and monitoring customer accounts to identify risks and opportunities;

  • Proactively giving advice to customers based on analytics;

  • Monitoring and periodically measuring customer satisfaction;

  • Acting as the voice of the customer for our internal team, making recommendations for product development, collecting insights to desired features.

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Customer Success Manager, as an Account Manager or on another relevant field;

  • Being eager to build strong and meaningful relationships with customers and enjoying doing so;

  • Experience with SaaS / Software sales;

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, with the emphasis being on Dutch as (close-to) native level.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: at VONQ we greatly value a positive self-starting and can-do attitude, #ownership and flexibility.

This position is based in Rotterdam and although we have a hybrid-working policy, the ideal candidates should live in The Netherlands with an easy commute to our office. #together
