To include but not limited to Computer Network Defense (CND), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Cyber Forensics. We aim to use our technical expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Information Assurance (IA) to support Cyber operations and training. Job Description

Serve as a developer on a database and application development project team. Participate in the customer requirement definition phase, provide design recommendations, and conduct database application development. Evaluate the design and implementation of existing database and application systems to ensure optimal efficiency and performance of deployed systems. Work with the project manager and other key team members to gather requirements and design and implement applications in alignment with the project schedule. Conduct demonstrations, briefings, and status reports, as required. Identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams, provide data flow diagrams, and document the process. Write code for database access, modifications, and constructions, including stored procedures.

Qualifications

-4 years of experience with database application development
-Experience with installing and configuring Oracle or an equivalent application and database servers in a multi-tiered environment, including development and production
-TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope polygraph
-BA or BS degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, CS, Mathematics, or Information Systems or the equivilent certs

Additional Information

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Public Key technologies, including Public Key-based authentication mechanisms for applications, enabling, row and column security, Virtual Private Databases, and dynamically loading data to an Oracle database from XML
-Ability to write Java code to access a database using JDBC or Open Database Connectivity (ODBC)-Ability to develop, modify, test, configure, and deploy database applications using programming languages, including Java, Java EE, Swing, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, JUnit, C, C++, C#, .NET, or JavaScript-Ability to write and automate backup scripts for databases and perform exports for the operational databases on regular intervals to prevent data loss-Ability to correct abnormalities within Oracle Servers to ensure proper execution of applications and no loss in functionality-Ability to use Oracle Enterprise Manager in UNIX and Windows environments-Ability to implement Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Oracle Data Guard solutions-Ability to use software engineering tools to support process improvement, including ClearCase, ClearQuest, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Subversion, and Doors

 

Required Clearance:  Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph with Full Scope.
