Our client needs somebody with strong web design and development skills to lead GUI development for risk management systems. A hands-on person is needed, not just a "strategy consultant". At your preference, this could be a consulting engagement or a permanent hire. 

You will be helping with building a next generation risk management and financial model development infrastructure. In particular your focus will be on developing great user experience (UX) by designing and developing web-based user interfaces.

Skills required are: HTML5, CSS, Javascript, MVC framework such as Angular, Ember, Backbone (you will have a deciding voice in this). On the back end we are dealing with Oracle databases, Python and REST APIs exposed via SlashDB.
