• Experience in Analytics Implementation.

• Experience in customer facing roles.

• Exposure to Automotive Field Service Function.

• Experience in Program management.

• Expertise in text analytics algorithms and statistical techniques (Green / Black belt advantage).

• Knowledge of tools such as R, SAS, SPSS, Matlab.

• Knowledge on CRM, Social media data and Telematics data.

• Knowledge of Horton works environment and Tableau Visualization. 

• Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills and presentation skills.
