Job Description

Mandatory Skills: 

Monitoring problem ticket resolutions, existing problem queues and client deadlines to ensure on time problem ticket resolutions and to meet client deadlines for new hires, software installs and upgrades 
To manage all day to day desktop activities which include MAC, PC Imaging, Software distribution and Patch Management. 
Have very good Troubleshooting skills for Windows Xp and Windows 7. 
Have been part of Windows 7 Migration either as a Deployment person or Support. 
Having good Lotus Notes experience with troubleshooting exp for V 7 and above. 
Have worked with blackberry Mobiles and have configured BES for BB phones. 
Familiar with Cisco VOIP phone solutions, 
Have worked in Ticketing tool such as service-now or Remedy. 
Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure proper urgency and prioritisation of tasks across technical resources 
Ability to foster an excellent team environment by providing continual coordination. 

Soft Skills Mandatory: 

Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision while adding value to the customer 
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills and working relationships with peers and very responsive. 
Have a good Attitude towards Service as Work involves working with End users in a Day to day Basis.
