The core of their business is in the Investor Network, comprised of over 625 high net worth accredited investors. They are growing quickly, and approximately five times a year host live Investor Forums all over the country.

Job Description

The Role:

If you are a high energy, content and data driven marketer looking to transition into an exploding industry as the next move in your career, then this role may be the perfect fit! We are in need of a Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our client's marketing initiatives, as well as maximize their client engagement. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Sales to drive new investor and sponsor leads for the sales team, and create engagement initiatives that increase customer retention and referrals from existing members. The Marketing Manager will coordinate closely with the Outreach Manager to ensure that their presence at outside events serves the overall marketing goals.


Duties:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategy.
  • Driving overall marketing direction.
  • Developing and leading a marketing team that will execute new concepts.
  • Hiring and managing the outsourced agents responsible for creating and carrying out key marketing elements including building a new website, creating email campaigns, and digital ad buying.
  • Designing print ads and publications or working with outside designer.
  • Preparing and adhering to budgets.
  • Overseeing creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Deepening relationships media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer insight.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Designing, building and maintaining social media presence.
  • Understanding and carrying out the vision and image of the organization.
  • Enforcing brand guidelines, and evolving guidelines as company vision matures.
  • Strategizing across all departments to ensure marketing tactics are delivering desired results.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success
  • 2+ years experience contributing to social media campaigns for business
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong Social Media Content writing
  • Proficient in Photoshop, WordPress, and Microsoft Office
  • Email marketing and template design skills
  • Located in the Bay area
