Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role, Manager Business Partner, Global Category Business Units & New Ventures are to:The Manager, BHC O&I Business Partner assists with the management of business partners’ accounts by joining a global account team and contributing to account planning activities and programs / strategic projects that may involve multiple divisional needs as well as geographic differences across sites or regions. Responsible for business case development and execution of projects and programs, and helps maintain responsibility for the value contribution of all projects and programs within the account’s portfolio.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and / or monitor project and service delivery to ensure that O&I is delivering value to business partners
• Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and help align on innovative solutions to drive consumer care business into new areas
• Ability to work with global brand teams to help drive global brand equity and brand awareness with innovative technology solutions
• Responsible for managing global/regional projects and programs as well as project teams and to define the project’s scope, develop a business case, and identify critical attributes needed in resources for the project
• Ability to overcome the complexity of managing projects involving multiple divisional needs and regional / global considerations
• Represent business partners’ interests during global change initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners while communicating O&I’s scope of services and identify opportunities and developing initiatives that enable business innovation
• Bring value generating ideas that create competitive advantage to BHC, based on a deep understanding of the external technology market
• Contributes to the account’s project portfolio in alignment with the business’s goals and objectives
• Overcomes the complexity of aligning divisional and regional account management activities with the global BHC O&I Strategy and helps to inform the BHC O&I Strategy using business partner perspectives
• Ability to operate in a fast, dynamic environment focused on aggressive growth and work independently and effectively across the global organization
• Responsible to work collaboratively with all IT Units to ensure a One-Team Approach from a business standpoint
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization model and interact effectively and develop consensus with all levels of management/senior management within a multi-functional team environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~15%).


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• B.S. /B.A. in business or a technical field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted
• Minimum of at least 10 years overall IT/business experience, with at least 3 years managing projects / programs
• Detailed knowledge of account management and project management concepts, best practices and related polices
• Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization model and interact effectively and develop consensus with all levels of management/senior management within a multi-functional team environment
• Highly developed communication (oral and written), conflict management, and effective influencing skills are all important, as relationships must be developed and maintained with senior and executive management
• Must be innovative, persistent and committed to a successful completion of assignments on-time with complete accuracy
• This position requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

Salary: $130,000 USD
