Job Description

Under the P&W Aftermarket Organization, P&W Engine Services (PWES) owns commercial Fleet Management Programs (FMP) including IAE V2500 Engine Fleet Hour Agreement (FHA) contracts. Under an FMP/FHA contract, the customer enlists P&W to manage the engine overhaul and repair requirements utilizing P&W network maintenance and repair centers. The biggest risks to the value of these FMP/FHA contracts correlate to the length of time an engine stays on wing (and out of the shop) and the management of shop visit costs when the engines are inducted.

Qualifications

In this position, the candidate will contribute to how the PWES organization extracts value from the FMP/FHA contracts through a variety of methods:

•Regression / Statistical Modeling to improve our understanding of what drives costs and engine time on wing.
•Identification of improved shop visit forecasting techniques
•Conceptual development of tools and methods that streamline and/or increase the fidelity of our current forecasting processes

Additional Information

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 USD
