Job Description

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Current Business Brand Manager to join our Marketing organization.

What You Will Do

Execute brand strategy through brand architecture:
Founded in consumer insights
Brand positioning
Brand performance curves
Competitive strategy
Visual Brand Language (VBL)
Customer loyalty
Own development and optimization of all brand creative
Manage effective and consistent creative integration across brand portfolio
Partner with Category Merchandising teams to support current business needs
Lead day to day agency relationship to drive integrated marketing strategies and communications
Partner with the Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) to establish and manage strategic digital initiatives across the consumer decision journey to include branded website, branded mobile site, and social media channels
Develop and execute integrated media plans
Manage and integrate monthly business updates across all categories to brand and channel marketing team
Partner with Consumer Insights team to develop brand leadership scorecards and actionable insights
Manage brand budget across multiple agencies and consumer touch points
Work with new product brand teams to ensure brand differentiation of features and claims and aesthetics are met
Support new product brief development for overall marketing communications and launch support
Drive a superior, actionable understanding of consumers throughout the organization including segments, insights, purchase drivers and behaviors

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor''''s degree in marketing or related field required, MBA preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
Firm grasp of marketing methods and processes, and a proven ability to launch new products, ensuring product growth
Strong consumer focus
Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Impeccable presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate
Dynamic motivator/leader, relationship builder
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
