The role:

As Graduate Protection & Control Engineer, you'll help design, operate and manage Vector’s protection systems to quickly detect and isolate network faults, minimising risk. You’ll also support fault investigations, project delivery, protection asset life cycle management and research new protection technologies.

Who we’re looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s or Masters in electrical engineering (with a focus on power systems)
  • Knowledge of power system fundamentals and protection & communication principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in power system analysis software (eg PowerFactory) is a bonus
