Job Description

You are a QA Analyst who is ready for an opportunity in a highly versatile, tech incubator environment. Not content to learn just one QA function, your willingness to grasp and improve the building of multiple projects from start to finish and flex your strength at tackling challenges which require a good amount of self-learning and flexibility sets you apart from many in your profession.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage tickets; employ ad hoc testing; bug reporting, analyze and report on feature requirements; manual and automated testing; smoke and regression testing.
  • Initiate and deploy daily builds
  • Touch the project on all levels start to finish, interacting with business, customer service, developers, sys admin and more.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as QA in software development
  • Educational background in Computer Science

Bonus Points

  • Experience with one or more code repository tools (e.g., Git, SVN) - Git preferred.
  • Experience with a programming language - Ruby / Rails preferred.
  • Experience with Linux command line
