Hong Kong District Cooling Company Limited (HKDC), a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, operates the District Cooling System in Kai Tak Development and manages HVAC systems across major sites. HKDC drives sustainable urban development with energy-efficient cooling solutions.

Location: Kai Tak

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Supervisor, Project Director and his project team 
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc reports/projects as assigned by supervisors

• DSE or above
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of working experience (Preferably gain from engineering company); 
• Proficiency in Google and MS Office applications
• Proficiency in English and Chinese typing
• Self-motivated, proactive, energetic, and able to work independently
• Team player with good communication skills
• Immediate available or short notice period is preferred
