Job Description

Are you a dynamic, curious university student who wants hands-on experience in a professional services sales and marketing department? Do you want the opportunity to learn about database management and email marketing? he Sales and Marketing Intern role is a unique opportunity for a university student who has completed at least two years to peek inside a fun, fast-paced and talented independent analyst firm. The successful candidate will be part of an international firm with offices in London and New York. You will assist with lead generation, database maintenance and research.


Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role include the following:


• Generate business-to-business leads from various sources

• Monitor lead generation in Salesforce.com database

• Database management and clean-up

• Research topics and trends for email marketing newsletters

• Must work on-site in our Central London office 2-3 days per week

• Minimum internship length is three (3) months


Qualifications

This is a role that offers a fantastic opportunity for a university student to gain experience and learn the behind-the-scenes processes of sales and marketing. Successful candidates will possess:


• Enrolled university student having completed third or final year.

• Sound knowledge in excel, power-point and other MS office applications

• Above average ability to gather data 

• Communication skills along with ability to work in a team are required

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures

• Fluent English.

• High ethical standards practiced externally and internally.
