Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for managing relationships within active facilities as well as identifying and marketing new facilities. The Account Executive works in conjunction with the Regional Manager (RM) to ensure the integrative management of both providers and  facilities. 
Essential Position Responsibilities:

Essential Position Responsibilities: 

· Quality service:
o Provides complete customer service to the active facilities: Evaluates every facility and 
addresses concerns immediately.
· Leadership:
o Gives support to providers which includes training, aiding in facility interface, and 
referral generation. 
o Communicates territory needs and proposes plans to team.
· New business development/Marketing:
o Responsible for achieving regional revenue budget and referral targets.
o Develops new business by creating a marketing strategy and by building up new facility
contracts, as well as expanding scope and depth of services in existing accounts. 
o Networks within long-term care, mental health facilities, and local associations which 
generate business for the company. 
· Recruiting:
o Participates in the recruiting of new providers and in the on-boarding at assigned 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 

· Either two years of business experience or two years of college work. 
· Leadership - Demonstrates ability to lead people and get results through others. 
· Management-Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
· Financial Knowledge- Demonstrates ability to read and understand financial statements as well as a 
general understanding of basic financial principles. 
· Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel 
recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and 
personnel information systems. 2 of 2
· Critical Thinking - Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative 
solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
· Complex Problem Solving - Identifies complex problems and reviewing related information to 
develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
· Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills – Speaks to others to convey information 

Valued Skills and Experience:

· Industry experience
· Healthcare services sales experience
· Social work or social services degree 
· Advanced computer proficiency
